Movement on Sheridan

Our new annex space, Movement on Sheridan (MoSh) is located at 4755 N. Sheridan Road in Uptown. Located just a few blocks east of the Lawrence Red Line Station, MoSh is a multi-purpose dance studio and event space perfect for dance rehearsals, yoga classes, workshops, events, and more.

Main Room

Featuring natural light, full length mirrors, and sprung flooring, this space is perfect for dance rehearsals, small parties or events, board meetings, and yoga classes.

Kitchenette

Our kitchenette features a microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, and kettle for guests to use.

Restrooms

We have two gender neutral bathrooms on site and one is fully accessible.

Office Area

Separate office area with a slop sink for arts and crafts materials.

Furniture & Barres

We provide 6 ft tables and foldings chairs for all meetings and events. We also have two moveable barres available for use.

Tech

All guests will have access to our guest wifi, portable projector, and bluetooth speaker.

The space has a total of 580 square feet with a capacity of 40 people. Please reach out to schedule a tour and see the space in person.

Ready to book?

  • MoSh is currently available to rent Monday through Friday from 9am-9pm, Saturdays from 8am-9pm, and Sundays from 8am-5pm.
