Event Space

Our 1,550 square foot event space holds up to 70 people.

AMENITIES

All event space bookings include access to our green room, parking lot, coat room, 6 ft. folding tables, tablecloths, black folding chairs, high boy tables and stools, guest wifi, chafing trays, and assorted party supplies. The space has a polished concrete floor and is also equipped with an aerial rig which can be used upon request.

AUDIO + VISUALS

Our event space features a dual projector system covering 50 feet of wall space along with a state-of-the-art sound system, which you can connect to through airplay or bluetooth. We also have three microphones, a DJ connection line, and one small portable projector available for your use.

FOOD + DRINK

All food is welcomed. If you would like to serve alcohol and your event is smaller than 10 people, guests can bring their own beverages. If you would like to serve alcohol at an event with 10 or more people, you will be required to provide a bartender with a current Illinois BASSET Certification.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

No glitter, confetti, bubbles or loose balloons. No open flames (i.e. votive candles) or burning of incense (battery operated candles, birthday candles, and canisters for warming food are okay). If you have a question about a particular item, please send us an email.

Pricing: Base Rates

Tier 1

Rentals with up to 20 people and minimal set up, such as small classes, meetings, or private lessons

Standard Rate - $50/hr
Non-profit Rate - $30/hr

Tier 2

Rentals with up to 50 people and light to moderate set up, including small/medium events, large classes or meetings, dance socials, and photo or video shoots.

Standard Rate - $100/hr
Non-profit Rate - $60/hr

Tier 3

All maximum capacity events with up to 70 people and a full set up, including parties, fundraisers, galas, workshops, panel discussions, film screenings, and vendor fairs.

Standard Rate - $200/hr
Non-profit Rate - $75/hr

Cleaning Fee

Mandatory for medium to large parties. May apply to other rentals based on type of event.

Standard Rate - $100
Non-profit Rate - $80

Flex Space

Multipurpose space (not private) available for small meetings, working groups, workshops, or event space overflow.

Standard Rate - $30/hr
Non-profit Rate - $25/hr

Parking Lot (Partial)

Closing off part of our parking lot for an outdoor event, live music, or other activities.

Standard Rate - $100/hr
Non-profit Rate - $50/hr

Studio Lounge

Open lounge area by our dance studios with a built-in bench, tables, and chairs. A great addition to any movement based workshop.

Standard Rate - $30/hr
Non-profit Rate - $25/hr

Parking Lot (Full)

Closing off all of our parking lot for an outdoor event, live music, or other activities.

Standard Rate - $200/hr
Non-profit Rate - $100/hr

Security Guard

For medium/large events with alcohol, we may require that you hire an unarmed security guard from our preferred vendor.

Standard Rate - $35/hr
Non-profit Rate - $35/hr
