OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lilliana Torres joined The Reva and David Logan Foundation in May 2024 as the Operations Manager at Movement on Montrose.

Lilliana is an accomplished professional with a rich background in nonprofit management and community engagement, bringing over two decades of experience to her role.

Prior to her current position, Lilliana made significant contributions to The People’s Music School, where her expertise in operations, events, and volunteer management played a pivotal role in the organization’s success. Lilliana has also worked as a Youth Employment Specialist for Bridges from School to Work servicing young adults with disabilities. She has also served on the board of directors for OPEN Center for the Arts, in the Marshall Square neighborhood.

Born and raised in the vibrant city of Chicago, Lilliana’s passion for community development and the arts is deeply rooted in her upbringing. In addition to her professional endeavors, she is an active visual artist within the local arts community. Her artwork has been showcased in various art galleries and art fairs. Most notably, she was honored with the Harlen Fleming Award at DIFFA Chicago in 2023, further solidifying her impact in the artistic realm.

With a dedication to fostering inclusive spaces and supporting creative expression, Lilliana continues to make meaningful contributions to both the nonprofit sector and the arts community.
