Born and raised in Oakland, California, Sofia Williams moved to Chicago to pursue a degree in International Studies with a minor in Environmental Sustainability at DePaul University. She graduated in March 2026 and joined the Movement on Montrose team as a Front Desk Coordinator in July 2026.

Sofia enjoys engaging with people and providing exceptional customer service with a personalized touch. Sofia is also incredibly passionate about environmental conservation, the implementation of sustainable and regenerative agricultural practices, and cross-cultural communication. She loves learning languages, meeting new people, and engaging in silly DIY arts and crafts projects during her free time.
